John I. Schilling, Chairman

Elected to the Board in 1983, Chairman since 2004. Owner of Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling. Member of National Funeral Directors Association and Order of Golden Rule.

Ronald D. Hoffman, Vice Chairman

Elected to the Board in 1974, Vice Chairman since 2004.  Retired past president of Rock River Provision Co. Board member of Sterling - Rock Falls Community Trust, member of Rock Falls United Methodist Church.

Curtis D. Dahlgren

Elected to the Board in 1977. Retired past president of the Bank. Past Board member of Sterling Chamber of Commerce, Illinois League of Savings Institutions, Sterling Noon Rotary and United Way.

Catherine M. Paone

Elected to the Board in 1985. Retired past vice president of the Bank. Active with American Cancer Society, Hospice, Sterling Schools Foundation, Whiteside County Senior Center, YMCA and United Way.

David L. Schreiner

Elected to the Board in 2004. President & CEO of K.S.B. Hospital in Dixon. Active with University of St. Francis, Lee County Health Department, Dixon Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, United Way, Rotary, Newman Central Catholic High School and Home of Hope.

Raymond P. Sharp

Elected to the Board in 2002. Vice President & CIO of CGH Medical Center in Sterling. Member of American College of Healthcare Executives, College of Healthcare Information Management and Healthcare Information Management Systems Society.  Active with United Way and Newman Central Catholic High School.

Michael W. Shoger, President & CEO

Elected to the Board in 1994. President & CEO of the Bank since 2009. Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Managers Society, Sterling Noon Rotary and St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Active with United Way.

Rita E. Smith, Vice President & CIO

Elected to the Board in 2008. Vice President, Secretary & CIO of the Bank since 2002. Member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Community Christmas for Children and Twin City Sunrise Rotary. Active with YMCA, White Oaks Therapeutic Equestrian Center and United Way.

Elected to the Board in 1977. President of Stewart Beverage Corp. in Sterling. Member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
