There may also be instances where Sterling Federal Bank may be legally required to disclose information about our customers. It is the policy of Sterling Federal Bank to cooperate with governmental agencies in their properly made, legitimate requests for information, such as a subpoena or court order, in order to prevent fraud, or to comply with such governmental agencies or federal regulators. Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
If personably identifiable customer information is provided to a third party, Sterling Federal Bank will insist that the third party adhere to similar privacy principles that provide for keeping such information confidential.
